Lunch Break is your mid-day workout (and escape). Thirty minutes of full-body movement, a killer playlist, and a crew that makes sweating way more fun. You’ll leave energized, smiling, and ready to crush the rest of your day. So, take a break—you deserve it.
A study found that half of global desk workers never take a real break during the workday.
No walk, no stretch, and sometimes no lunch. Just back-to-back meetings and screens in the name of “productivity.”
But research shows that people who take breaks are 13% more productive. That’s not nothing!
So, lunch Break is your invitation to say “forget that”—ditch the excuses (“I’ll get sweaty,” “I’ve got emails,” “I don’t have time”)—and take a break. You deserve a moment to move, breathe, and feel good in the middle of your day.

Just bring a mat, a water bottle—and your awesome self! Our workouts are all bodyweight, but if you want to bring your own dumbbell or some wrist/ankle weights for added challenge, go for it. Come ready to move, sweat, and have a little fun!

Nope! Classes are designed for all levels. You can move at your own pace, and the teacher will provide modifications as needed. It might be hard at first, but it will get easier if you stick with it!

Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in—something you’d wear to the gym or a yoga class. Sneakers are optional!
