Hey there — I’m Dimity!
I’m a local mom, fitness instructor, and big believer that workouts should be fun, efficient, and done in good company.
After one too many solo home workouts during the pandemic, I started teaching fitness classes. Like so many of us, I missed the energy and connection that come from moving with others. And as a busy mom, I needed workouts that were effective and fit into real life (30 minutes, max!).
Inspired by my vinyasa yoga training, my favorite fitness classes, and my husband Nolan (a personal trainer for 20+ years), I created a style that blends strength, cardio, and breath into one full-body, music-driven workout. Each song targets a different body part and gets your heart rate up—no equipment needed, just energy and good vibes.
What started as one class soon became a whole series—Lunch Break, Power30, and Core30—each designed to meet you where you are and leave you stronger, more grounded, and ready for what’s next.
